All goats are sold as healthy at the time they leave the farm. Any costs associated with shipping or transportation, including any health certificates, testing, crates, etc., are the responsibility of the buyer. Show stock will be free of disqualifying faults at the time of pick up. However, once they leave our farm, there are no other guarantees to the future health, height, or quality of the animal. If a veterinarian determines that a goat is incapable of reproducing due to a genetic defect present at birth, the buyer is eligible to receive a replacement goat of equal value. The buyer must submit a signed copy of the veterinary report proving genetic infertility. Because infertility is most often caused by environmental factors such as obesity or mineral deficiency, only a goat with a proven genetic defect will be eligible for replacement
Naming policy-All breeding stock (buck & doe) kids will be registered with an approved name before they leave the farm. The does in our herd each have a naming theme and kids will be named according to the theme of their dam or sire. Customers are welcome to suggest names they like that fall within the doe’s theme, however we will make the final naming decisions for all kids.
We reserve the right to purchase 30 straws of semen from any buck sold, at the cost of collection fees should we so choose. This includes both bucklings born here, and mature bucks which have been used in our breeding program.
All animals must be paid in full before leaving the farm – including the ADGA registration and transfer fees. 2018 ADGA fees are: $4.50 transfer fee, $7.50 doeling registration, and $13.50 buckling registration.

Futurity Policy
We believe in our goats so much so that we want to get more of them into the hands of performance homes. we decided to try to offer a new program for performance homes and develop our own "futurity" program if you will. We will give you credit towards another goat purchase just for participating in performance programs and shows. As we try this new program out in 2020 and hope that the trial will be a success , only time will tell and as of now , it will only be available for all kids born in 2020 who are also transferred to their new owners in 2020. if this program is successful we may further expand it into future years at our farm. These rewards hold no cash value , not eligible towards transportation and value is only good towards future purchases from our farm. These rewards are also non-transferable if the animal is later sold to another party. We will honor this as long as we are an operable farm and have breeding stock available to produce.
